Today is Supreme Commander Kim Jong-il's BIRTHDAY! A time for celebration in North Korea indeed.

Citizens in the impoverished country have been given one extra month's worth of food rations to celebrate. At least this shows North Korea is not all bad. Also, those lucky enough to participate were supplied with free food, liquor, beer, and sweets.
